Jodie Sweetin is just as sweet as her last name
implies. This once half-pint individual is now in the prime years of her teen life. You may have
grown along with her in the now syndicated show, Full House. Jodie played Stephanie
Tanner, the middle sibling of DJ (Candace Cameron) and Michelle (Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen).
Now that the show has finished its run, Jodie is finally experiencing life as a normal teenager.
"I'm getting to do a lot more things. With the show I was working a lot and didn't have time for
other things. Right now I'm getting back into school so that's fun."
Jodie not only captivates every individual she has ever worked with (she was so admired in her
Sizzler's commercial that the producers gave her a dog), but she also appears to be a genuine
braniac. She skipped a grade in her early school years and is currently a 15-year-old Junior
(11th grade) in high school. Besides pursuing her acting career, Jodie aspires to be a
pediatrician, marine biologist, or an astronaut! Anything is possible for this young scholar.
Although Jodie has not been well publicized as compared to her co-stars, Candace Cameron and the
Olsen twins, she has several series of books based on her character in Full House. Jodie
can also be found assisting in charity foundations such as Starlight Foundation and
Phone-Friends. It is no wonder why Jodie is loved by many of her family, friends, and fans alike.
Unfortunately, Jodie has not hit the big screen yet, however, it's a relief to know that we can
still remember her as the adorable kid that coined the saying, "How rude!" in the renown family
sitcom, Full House.
